PRIVANDA DIRECTORY SERVICE

The Privanda directory is one of the central components of the Privanda secure cloud. Your information is stored on this central server in a secure manner, but can be accessed by other users of the Privanda cloud service. You have complete control of what information you store in the directory service. You can choose to store as little or as much as you like. Privanda implements rules to ensure that your information is disclosed to only relevant parties and cannot be accessed by unauthorised users. The directory service does not contain information relating to your account or contacts or the associated relationships configured on your account.

ALL OTHER INFORMATION

All other information held or transmitted through the Privanda network, is secured using encryption keys that are not accessible to Privanda or our systems/servers. Where information is stored, your personal encryption keys are used. Only the account holder has access to these keys, therefore, any access to the information would be rendered un-readable without the encryption keys and relevant decryption process. The team at Privanda, regularly review our information policies and processes to ensure we've applied and enforced the highest level of privacy controls within our systems. If you have any concerns relating to your privacy, you can contact our privacy team on privacy(at)privanda.net
